Once we receive your itinerary, Nordic Trust Homes arranges your airport transfers and provides you with fully furnished accommodation in one of the residences we have previously developed.
This gives you the opportunity to experience the quality, design and standard of our completed properties first-hand during your stay.
Both the airport transfer and accommodation are completely free of charge for our clients.
When you arrive, we collect you and begin the viewing programme together.

For the properties you are seriously interested in, we can provide a final cost calculation together with the available inspection and property documentation related to the property.

For this reason, there is absolutely no obligation to purchase a property during your viewing trip.
After the viewings, you have time to consider the options and discuss them with your family if needed.

When You Decide to Purchase
If you decide to move forward with a property purchase, we continue to assist you throughout the transaction.
Tax number & banking
One of the first steps is obtaining a Turkish tax number from the Turkish Tax Authority.
We then assist you with opening a bank account in Türkiye.
For the bank account procedure, you will normally need a recent utility bill or another accepted official document showing your residential address in your home country.
Bank account opening remains subject to the bank’s documentation requirements and approval.
The Purchase Contract
Once the property and purchase terms have been agreed, we prepare the sales contract.
The contract is prepared in Turkish and in the customer's native language, so that the buyer can fully understand the terms of the agreement.
The agreed payment plan is clearly stated in the contract.
We also attach the relevant documents concerning the property so that the transaction is documented in a clear and structured way.
Throughout the process, we explain every step and make sure that you understand the documents before moving forward.
